GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS
Please read the general terms of business/cancellation terms/data protection conditions and then accept them.
The paganelladolomitibooking portal (the “Portal”) hosts a platform (“the Platform”) which has been designed and developed by “Feratel Media Technologies AG, 6020, Innsbruck, Maria-Theresian-Straße 8” and which is managed by Consorzio Andalo Vacanze, Piazzale Paganella 4, 38010, Andalo, registered in the Trento business register, number TN-208642, VAT number and tax ID number 02221290220, telephone number 0461 585298, which is used to put third party suppliers (the “Third Party Sellers”) in touch with purchasers, for the online purchasing of services of a tourist nature (the “Market Place”).
Within the Market Place, Third Party Suppliers may offer and sell their own services and agree the associated contracts of sale with Users. On the Portal, users can therefore purchase services sold by both Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking, and by Third-Party Suppliers. On the Portal, it is always clearly indicated if the service is sold by Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking or by a Third-Party Supplier.
Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking, as merely the supplier and technical operator of the Platform, is not a party to the sales contract between the User and the Third-Party Supplier which is agreed solely by the Third Party Supplier and the User under the terms and conditions specified in the applicable General Terms of Contract.
Via the Platform, Users can also purchase products and/or services offered on the sites of Partners or Related Parties for which Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking operates as the supplier of the registration and sales service (“Sites powered by Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking”).
The general terms and conditions Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking are set out below, applicable to the sale of services specifically indicated on the Portal as being “sold by Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking” and to services on sale on Partner or Related Partner Sites, in the event that the sales contract for these services is agreed via the Platform. The general terms and conditions of each Third Party Supplier are made available in the schedule for each service which can be accessed by clicking on the link shown in the purchase summary at each stage of the purchase process.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOURIST PACKAGE >>
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL TOUR PACKAGES:
Upon confirmation of your package reservation, full payment (100%) is required via credit card.
Individual Cancellation Policies:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival;
- 30% deposit forfeited from 29 to 21 days prior to arrival;
- 50% penalty from 20 to 11 days prior to arrival;
- 80% penalty from 10 to 3 days prior to arrival;
- For cancellations after these deadlines, NO-SHOWS, or early departures, 100% of the package price is due.
HOLIDAY INSURANCE
In all cases, we strongly recommend insuring your vacation to cover cancellations, trip interruptions, or early departures at a cost of 4.8% of the total booking amount.
By purchasing the Care4You policy, you are protected against both cancellation fees and the deposit (which will be refunded to you minus the deductible).
Insurance coverage must be purchased within 48 hours of booking confirmation and must cover the full cost of the stay.
